2. Keep the surgical area dry to avoid infection
3. Regularly take short walks to promote blood circulation
4. Avoid bending and lifting
5. Follow surgeon's instructions closely
Normal activities can be resumed after a few weeks. Strenuous activities should be avoided until you can do it comfortably.
How is the incision and scar?
Incision and scar will be horizontally along the bikini line. However it is covered by most clothing including bathing suits. It will become lighter and flatter as time passes.
